Location: San Jose or Redwood Shores, CA
A respected Am Law 200 firm is seeking a skilled litigation associate to join its growing Northern California practice. This role offers the chance to handle a diverse and sophisticated commercial disputes docket while working closely with a collaborative, well-integrated team across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support litigation matters involving real estate disputes, fraud claims, breach of contract and breach of lease issues, and general commercial litigation.

Draft complaints, motions, briefs and discovery materials with strong analytical precision.

Participate in discovery strategy, document review, and case preparation.

Engage in court appearances and depositions where appropriate, with support from senior lawyers.

Deliver excellent client service and contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment.
Who You Are:

An experienced litigator with 5–7 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally including real estate-related disputes.

Strong academic credentials with exceptional legal writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Confident, articulate and comfortable appearing in court.

A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.

Member of the California Bar, in good standing.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $225,000 – $265,000
Actual compensation may vary based on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included, covering health care, retirement, parental leave and disability benefits.
