Business Litigation Associate (2–5 Years)

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Experience Level: 2–5 Years
Salary Range: $210,000–$265,000

A leading law firm is seeking a business litigation associate to join its Minneapolis office. The successful candidate will work on complex commercial, civil, and business litigation matters for a sophisticated national and international client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle matters involving commercial disputes, trade secrets, non-competes, IP litigation, and M&A disputes

• Manage discovery and e-discovery processes

• Draft briefs, motions, and other litigation documents

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and oral arguments (if applicable)

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and motion practice

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Federal clerkship experience strongly preferred

• Exceptional academic credentials

• Admission to practice law in Minnesota or ability to become admitted
