A nationally recognised litigation firm is seeking a 2–4 year Associate to join its Business Litigation practice in Chicago. This team handles complex, cutting-edge disputes across jurisdictions nationwide and offers meaningful opportunities for associates to gain substantial case management and courtroom experience.

The role is well suited to motivated litigators seeking early responsibility within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in sophisticated business litigation matters

• Support class action and privacy litigation matters where applicable

• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs

• Conduct detailed legal research and factual analysis

• Participate in depositions, hearings and trial preparation

• Assist in managing case strategy and client communications

Who You Are:

• 2–4 years of litigation experience

• Experience in business litigation, class actions and/or privacy litigation preferred

• Licensed to practice in Illinois

• Excellent writing and research skills

• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently

Compensation:
Salary Range: $205,000 – $330,000 (DOE)
