A leading global law firm is seeking a 1st–3rd year Associate to join its top-ranked Antitrust & Competition practice in New York or Washington, DC. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated antitrust investigations, merger reviews, enforcement actions and high-stakes litigation within one of the most highly regarded competition practices in the market.

The role offers exposure to cutting-edge matters involving technology, AI, life sciences and energy clients, alongside significant opportunities for mentorship and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on complex antitrust and competition matters
  • Support antitrust litigation, investigations and enforcement actions
  • Assist with merger clearance and regulatory review processes
  • Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda and client advice
  • Work on matters involving monopolisation, price-fixing, merger challenges and unfair competition claims
  • Support global cartel investigations and government inquiries
  • Advise clients on compliance, competition risk and regulatory strategy

Who You Are:

  • 1st–3rd year associate
  • Experience in antitrust litigation, investigations or regulatory matters preferred
  • Strong interest in antitrust and competition law
  • Experience at a leading law firm, DOJ or FTC preferred
  • Prior clerkship experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with technology sector antitrust issues is highly desirable
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong research, writing and communication skills
  • Admitted to the New York and/or DC Bar

Compensation:
Salary Range: $225,000 – $260,000 (DOE)
