Location: Dallas, TX
A leading international law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its Dallas office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated litigation practice handling high-stakes disputes for major clients, with a particular focus on class actions, complex commercial litigation and financial restructuring-related disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation from inception through resolution
- Work on class action and financial restructuring litigation
- Draft and respond to complaints and other pleadings
- Manage sophisticated discovery
- Research and draft substantive motions and briefs
- Support matters through trial and appeal
- Conduct complex legal research and analysis
- Develop litigation strategy alongside partners and senior attorneys
- Work on high-stakes disputes for sophisticated clients
Who You Are:
- 3-6 years of relevant litigation experience
- Experience in class actions, commercial litigation and/or financial restructuring litigation
- Experience across all stages of the litigation lifecycle
- Strong motion practice and discovery experience
- Exposure to trials and appeals
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Stellar academic credentials
- Comparable law firm experience required
- Comfortable working in person in the Dallas office
