A leading national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join its West Coast Litigation practice in Seattle.
This is an excellent opportunity for an associate with a strong foundation in complex litigation to join a sophisticated practice offering meaningful responsibility, high-quality work and tangible opportunities for long-term professional growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex litigation matters
- Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings and other substantive filings
- Support matters through all stages of the litigation process
- Assist with discovery and case development
- Contribute to litigation strategy alongside partners and senior attorneys
- Work collaboratively within a highly regarded West Coast litigation team
- Take increasing responsibility as experience develops
Who You Are:
- 2-4 years of litigation experience
- Significant experience handling complex litigation matters
- Superior legal research and writing skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent academic credentials
- Judicial clerkship experience is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Member of the Washington Bar or willing to sit for the Washington Bar
Compensation:
Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 (DOE)
