A premier global law firm is seeking a 5+ year Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of sophisticated litigation matters while gaining significant responsibility within a leading national and international practice.
The successful candidate will work alongside highly regarded litigators on complex disputes while benefiting from an elite platform, sophisticated client base and excellent opportunities for long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial and civil litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive legal filings
- Conduct legal research and develop strategic litigation positions
- Manage matters through all phases of litigation
- Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings and trial preparation
- Work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated disputes
- Collaborate across practice areas on complex litigation matters
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Strong litigation experience gained at a leading law firm
- Exceptional academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment
- Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the Texas Bar
