An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a mid-level Corporate Finance Associate to join a highly regarded and expanding debt, finance, and restructuring practice within a leading U.S. law firm.
This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated financing transactions across a broad range of industries and asset classes, advising on complex matters involving senior, mezzanine, and equity financings, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, development projects, foreclosures, and workout transactions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing deal workflows, drafting and negotiating substantive credit documentation, and collaborating with experienced practitioners on high-value, nationally significant transactions. The practice represents an impressive client base that includes private credit providers, banks, financial institutions, lenders, and commercial real estate developers.
This position is ideally suited to an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys handling complex transactional work for sophisticated clients. Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) required.
- Previous experience working in a law firm is essential.
- Meaningful experience representing private credit providers, banks, financial institutions, and/or borrowers in finance transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage transaction workflows and draft complex credit documentation.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within collaborative teams while managing multiple priorities.
