Location: Los Angeles, CA
An elite litigation powerhouse is seeking a 2nd–4th year Associate to join its nationally recognised Product Liability & Mass Torts practice in Los Angeles. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on some of the most significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort and class action litigation in the country on behalf of leading global product manufacturers.
The role offers direct involvement in high-stakes trial teams, sophisticated litigation strategy and meaningful opportunities for professional development within one of the premier product liability practices in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent product manufacturers in complex product liability and mass tort litigation
- Support multidistrict litigation (MDL), class actions and individual tort matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive filings
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Participate in discovery, witness preparation and deposition strategy
- Assist with trial preparation and trial proceedings
- Work closely with clients and senior litigators on high-profile disputes
Who You Are:
- 2nd–4th year associate
- Experience in product liability, mass torts and/or toxic tort litigation
- Background at a large law firm preferred
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities
- Collaborative, proactive and client-focused
- Admitted to the California Bar
Compensation:
Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 (DOE)
