A leading global law firm is seeking a 5th–10th year Associate to join its Litigation practice in Atlanta. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a national-calibre Business Litigation team handling sophisticated, high-stakes disputes across a broad range of industries.
The practice advises clients on complex business and commercial disputes, class action defence, trade secret litigation and other significant matters, offering substantial responsibility and direct client exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Lead case strategy, motion practice and discovery efforts
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare for and attend hearings and trial proceedings
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic litigation advice
- Handle class action, trade secret and other complex commercial disputes
- Work independently while collaborating with a high-performing litigation team
Who You Are:
- 5th–10th year associate
- Significant experience in complex commercial and business litigation
- Strong track record of independently managing litigation matters
- Experience handling depositions, motion practice, hearings and discovery management
- Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills
- Graduated from a nationally recognised law school with strong academic credentials
- Law Review, Moot Court or Trial Team experience preferred
- Admitted to the Georgia Bar or eligible for prompt admission
