Location: Portland, OR

A leading international law firm is seeking a 1st–3rd year Associate to join its West Coast Litigation practice in Portland or Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters within a collaborative and highly regarded litigation platform.

The role offers exposure to complex disputes alongside experienced litigators, with strong opportunities for mentorship, professional development and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support complex litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal memoranda
• Assist with case strategy and litigation preparation
• Work closely with senior attorneys on sophisticated disputes
• Support discovery and broader litigation management tasks

Who You Are:

• 1st–3rd year associate
• Experience in complex litigation matters
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Judicial clerkship experience encouraged
• Collaborative and detail-oriented
• Admitted to, or willing to sit for, the Oregon and/or Washington Bar

Compensation:
Salary Range: $215,000 – $250,000 (DOE)
