Corporate M&A Associate Attorney – Mid-Level
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate M&A Associate to join its growing transactional practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated deal work, direct client engagement, and meaningful responsibility within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience handling complex mergers and acquisitions, with exposure to private equity transactions strongly preferred. Associates in this role will work on a wide variety of strategic transactions and corporate matters for both established and emerging businesses across multiple industries.
Representative experience should include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, letters of intent, and related transaction documents
- Advising on partnership agreements, joint ventures, and LLC operating agreements
- Managing due diligence processes and transaction closings
- Counseling clients on general corporate and business matters

Qualified candidates should possess:
- A JD from an accredited law school
- Previous experience working in a law firm
- 3–5 years of substantive corporate M&A experience

- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented practice
