An elite global law firm is seeking a 4th–7th year Associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of a highly regarded traditional labor practice.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated labor matters within a market-leading platform known for handling high-profile and complex disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on traditional labor matters
• Support labor disputes, collective bargaining and related proceedings
• Draft motions, memoranda and substantive legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Work directly with clients on strategic labor and employment issues
• Assist with the continued growth and development of the practice

Who You Are:

• 4th–7th year associate
• Strong traditional labor experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
• Motivated to contribute to practice growth and development

Compensation:
Salary Range: $310,000 – $420,000 (DOE)
Benefits: Discretionary year-end bonus and comprehensive benefits package
