A premier national law firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join its sophisticated corporate advisory practice. The successful candidate will advise on a wide variety of corporate finance matters, including lending transactions, financing structures, strategic capital arrangements, and broader corporate transactional work. This role offers significant exposure to sophisticated deal-making and the opportunity to work closely with clients, lenders, sponsors, and business stakeholders on high-value transactions.
Attorneys in this role will play a key part in structuring, negotiating, and documenting financing transactions while advising on risk allocation, transaction strategy, and execution. Candidate Requirements:
- JD required
- Must have prior experience working in a law firm
- 3–5 years of corporate and transactional experience focused on finance and banking matters
- Experience drafting and negotiating financing and lending documentation
- Strong understanding of corporate finance structures and transactional execution
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Admission to practice in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be based required
