Attorneys in this role will play a key part in structuring, negotiating, and documenting financing transactions while advising on risk allocation, transaction strategy, and execution. Candidate Requirements:

  • JD required
  • Must have prior experience working in a law firm
  • 3–5 years of corporate and transactional experience focused on finance and banking matters
  • Experience drafting and negotiating financing and lending documentation
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance structures and transactional execution
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Admission to practice in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be based required
