A well-established and expanding law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate to join its growing transactional practice in Minneapolis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate attorney looking to take on sophisticated deal work, work closely with senior leadership, and play a meaningful role in complex business transactions.

The position is focused on high-level transactional matters, with significant involvement in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and other strategic corporate deals. Attorneys in this role will be expected to manage critical aspects of transactions, support clients through complex business decisions, and help drive deals from structuring through execution.

This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys fast-paced transactional work and is looking to deepen their experience handling sophisticated corporate matters while continuing to build strong client relationships. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority matters efficiently.

Candidate Requirements:

• JD required
• Must have prior experience working in a law firm
• 5–8 years of corporate transactional experience
• Strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and strategic business deals
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
• Strong research, writing, and communication abilities
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to practice in Minnesota required
