A top-tier global law firm is seeking a 3rd–5th year Associate to join its Securities Enforcement Litigation team in Silicon Valley. This is a standout opportunity to work on high-profile regulatory investigations and enforcement matters within a market-leading practice.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated securities-related disputes, compliance issues and government-facing investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on securities enforcement and regulatory investigations
• Support high-stakes litigation and government investigations
• Draft briefs, memoranda and other key legal documents
• Assist with internal investigations and compliance matters
• Work closely with clients and regulators on sensitive issues

Who You Are:

• 3rd–5th year associate
• Experience in securities enforcement, regulatory investigations and compliance
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills

Compensation:
Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
