Location: Atlanta, GA
A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Associate to join its Litigation Group in Atlanta. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters, including disputes involving healthcare, media and First Amendment issues.
Associates will work with regional and national clients on high-stakes matters within a collaborative and well-established litigation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
- Manage discovery processes, including working with expert witnesses
- Conduct depositions and support fact development
- Assist with trial preparation and overall case strategy
- Work closely with clients on sophisticated disputes
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognised law school
- Experience managing discovery, depositions and expert workstreams
- Strong research, writing and analytical skills
- Trial experience is a plus
- Judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and prioritise effectively
- Admitted to the Georgia Bar or eligible to waive in
