A leading global law firm is seeking Litigation Associates to join its nationally recognised Healthcare practice in Los Angeles or New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes matters within a specialist and growing sector-focused team.

Associates will gain exposure to sophisticated litigation work while developing expertise in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex litigation matters within the healthcare sector
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Support all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
• Assist with case strategy and client communications
• Work closely with partners on high-profile matters

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in healthcare-related matters (prior experience a plus but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Admitted to the relevant State Bar (California or New York)

Compensation:
Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 (DOE)
