A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior Associate to join its Employment practice in Los Angeles. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated employment litigation and advisory matters within a highly regarded, collaborative team.

The role offers exposure to high-stakes employment disputes, including class and collective actions, alongside ongoing client counselling work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in complex employment litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
• Manage discovery processes and case strategy
• Handle class and collective action matters
• Advise clients on employment law issues and risk mitigation
• Work closely with clients and internal teams on ongoing matters

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of employment litigation and counselling experience
• Experience handling class and collective actions
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment
• Admitted to the California Bar

Compensation:
Salary Range: $365,000 – $435,000 (DOE)
