Commercial Litigation Associate
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
A leading global law firm is seeking a 3–5 year Associate to join its Commercial Disputes practice in Pittsburgh. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation, including multi-district litigation and class actions, within a dynamic and collaborative team.
Associates will gain hands-on experience across all phases of litigation while working closely with experienced lawyers and benefiting from strong mentoring and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery
- Assist with multi-district litigation and class action matters
- Support case strategy and trial preparation
- Work closely with clients and senior attorneys on active matters
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience with complex litigation, MDL or class actions preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Experience managing discovery and e-discovery processes
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Admitted to or eligible for the Pennsylvania Bar
