A leading global law firm is seeking a 2–6 year Associate to join its Executive Compensation practice in Miami. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated compensation and employee benefits matters, particularly in connection with high-value M&A transactions and complex business deals.
Associates will work closely with corporate teams and advise leading clients on cutting-edge compensation structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters
- Support M&A transactions and other corporate deals from a compensation perspective
- Draft and review compensation and incentive arrangements
- Provide guidance on regulatory and tax implications of compensation structures
- Collaborate with corporate teams on transaction execution and strategy
Who You Are:
- 2–6 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience
- Experience supporting M&A or corporate transactions
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Experience at a leading law firm preferred
- Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
Compensation:
Salary Range: $235,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
