A leading global law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Business Litigation practice in New York. This is an opportunity to work within a highly regarded trial group on high-stakes disputes for major corporate clients across a range of industries.

The team is known for its collaborative culture, strong client service focus and commitment to associate development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
• Support all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Assist with depositions, hearings and case strategy
• Work closely with senior litigators on high-value disputes

Who You Are:

• Experience in commercial litigation at a large law firm or litigation boutique
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Experience handling discovery and trial preparation
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach
• Admitted to the New York Bar

Compensation:
Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
