A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel (7+ years) to join its Construction & Engineering Disputes practice. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value disputes across the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors, often with an international dimension.

The team is widely recognised for handling sophisticated litigation and arbitration matters for major global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in complex construction, infrastructure and energy disputes
  • Handle commercial litigation and international arbitration matters
  • Lead and manage disputes teams on high-stakes matters
  • Draft pleadings, submissions and advocacy materials
  • Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice
  • Oversee case strategy from inception through resolution

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of commercial litigation and/or international arbitration experience
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure or energy disputes preferred
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex matters
  • Strong client-service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Foreign language capabilities are a plus
  • Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction

Compensation:
Salary Range: $420,000 – $470,000 (DOE)
