Location: Orlando, FL

A respected national law firm is seeking a 5–7 year Associate to join its Litigation practice in Orlando. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of general civil litigation matters within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Associates will gain exposure to complex disputes, with a particular focus on construction and commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in general civil litigation matters
• Support construction and commercial litigation disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Assist with discovery, depositions and trial preparation
• Support case strategy and client communications

Who You Are:

• 5–7 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience in construction and/or commercial litigation preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Team player with a proactive mindset
• Admitted to the Florida Bar

Compensation:
Salary Range: $160,000 – $170,000 (DOE)
