Litigation Associate
Location: Philadelphia, PA

A national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Philadelphia office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial disputes within a collaborative and well-established litigation practice.

Associates will gain exposure to complex commercial litigation matters while working closely with experienced litigators on high-level cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs

• Conduct legal research and factual analysis

• Assist with depositions, hearings and trial preparation

• Support case strategy and client communications

Who You Are:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience

• Experience in complex commercial litigation preferred

• Strong academic and professional credentials

• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills

• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
