Litigation Associate
Location: Miami, FL
A leading litigation boutique is seeking a junior Litigation Associate (Class of 2023–2024) to join its Miami office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes disputes alongside experienced trial lawyers within a nationally recognised litigation platform.
Associates will gain meaningful responsibility early in their careers while working on complex commercial litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Support complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions and briefs

Assist with discovery, document review and case strategy

Participate in depositions, hearings and trial preparation

Work closely with partners and senior litigators on high-profile disputes
Who You Are:

Class of 2023–2024 Associate

Prior litigation experience required

Strong academic credentials
-
Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
-
Highly motivated with strong attention to detail

Admitted to the Florida Bar
