Income Partner – Commercial Litigation
Location: Seattle, WA
A national law firm is seeking an Income Partner with 12+ years of commercial litigation experience to join its Litigation Department in Seattle. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex litigation matters within a well-established practice handling sophisticated disputes across a variety of industries.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned litigator capable of independently managing cases from inception through trial, with strong courtroom advocacy and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts

Manage cases independently from initial investigation through trial

Conduct and defend depositions

Argue substantive motions and appear in court proceedings

Develop litigation strategy and oversee case execution

Serve as first-chair trial counsel where appropriate
Who You Are:
-
12+ years of commercial litigation experience
-
Strong ability to independently manage complex cases
-
Extensive deposition, oral argument and trial experience
-
First-chair trial experience preferred
-
Experience in insurance bad faith and coverage litigation is advantageous

Strong research, writing and analytical skills
-
Admitted to practice in Washington

Admission in Oregon, Idaho or Alaska is a plus
Compensation:
Salary Range: $270,000 – $300,000 (DOE)
