A leading law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate (Class of 2020–2024) to join its Labor & Employment practice in Los Angeles. This role offers the opportunity to work on a blend of employment litigation, workplace advisory matters and transactional employment issues within a sophisticated and collaborative team.

Associates will advise clients on complex employment disputes while also supporting corporate transactions involving employment law considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in employment litigation and workplace disputes

• Provide day-to-day employment law counselling and advisory support

• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs

• Conduct legal research and factual investigations

• Support employment aspects of corporate transactions

• Assist with discovery, depositions and trial preparation

Who You Are:

• Law school class years 2020–2024

• Experience in employment litigation and employment counselling

• Interest in supporting transactional employment matters

• Strong academic credentials

• Excellent legal writing and communication skills

• Admitted to practice in California

Compensation:
Salary Range: $235,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
Benefits: Discretionary year-end bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package
