Senior Business Litigation Associate
Location: Palo Alto, CA
A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join its Business Litigation practice in Palo Alto. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated disputes involving complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, shareholder disputes, white collar matters and internal investigations.
The position provides significant responsibility, including leading key aspects of cases and supervising junior team members within a highly regarded litigation platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex commercial and securities litigation matters

Handle shareholder disputes, white collar matters and internal investigations

Draft and argue substantive motions and briefs

Manage key aspects of litigation strategy and case development

Oversee and mentor junior associates and litigation team members
-
Conduct factual investigations, discovery and deposition preparation

Support trial preparation and high-stakes litigation proceedings
Who You Are:
-
5–7 years of complex litigation experience
-
Experience at a comparable law firm preferred
-
Strong motions practice and legal writing skills
-
Experience managing projects and overseeing junior associates
-
Excellent academic credentials from a recognised law school
-
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
-
Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission
Compensation:
Salary Range: $365,000 – $420,000 (DOE)
