Litigation Associate
Location: Atlanta, GA
A nationally recognised, high-stakes litigation practice is seeking a 2–4 year Associate to join its Atlanta office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, bet-the-company disputes within a trial-focused platform handling sophisticated legal and factual issues.
Associates will gain exposure to significant matters requiring strategic thinking, advanced legal research and strong advocacy skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and draft pleadings, motions and briefs involving complex legal issues

Contribute to overall litigation strategy and case development

Assist in managing high-stakes trial and appellate matters

Conduct in-depth legal research and factual analysis

Collaborate closely with partners and team members on significant disputes
Who You Are:
-
2–4 years of litigation experience
-
Graduated in the top 10% of your class from a nationally recognised law school
-
Law review, moot court or trial team experience
-
Judicial clerkship experience, preferably with a United States District Judge

Strong research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
-
Strategic, analytical and detail-oriented
-
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team

Admitted to the Georgia Bar or eligible for admission
