Location: Atlanta, GA

A nationally ranked Labor & Employment practice is seeking a 3–7 year Associate to join its Atlanta office. This team represents public and private companies, as well as senior executives and management teams, on a broad range of employment law matters, combining litigation, counselling and transactional support within a highly regarded national platform.

The role offers exposure to complex employment disputes, executive compensation matters, restrictive covenant issues and corporate deal support involving employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in employment and commercial litigation matters

• Conduct legal research, fact development and deposition preparation

• Draft motions, briefs and written discovery responses

• Manage discovery disputes and support case strategy

• Advise on restrictive covenants and employment-related agreements

• Support corporate transactions with employment law due diligence and advisory work

• Counsel executives and management teams on employment compliance matters

Who You Are:

• 3–7 years of commercial and/or employment litigation experience

• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognised law school

• Experience with employment-related agreements or due diligence is advantageous

• Am Law 100 experience strongly preferred

• Excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills

• Strong project management ability and professional judgment

• Admitted to practice in Georgia or eligible to waive into the Georgia Bar
