A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (Class of 2021–2023) to join its thriving practice in Texas. This opportunity is available in either Dallas or Houston and is ideal for an attorney who wants to deepen their experience in capital markets and sophisticated public company representation.
The Opportunity
You will join a dynamic corporate team advising established public companies and market participants on complex transactional and regulatory matters. The practice offers meaningful responsibility from day one, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to work on headline-making transactions within a collaborative, high-performance environment.
This role is particularly well-suited for attorneys who enjoy balancing deal execution with strategic advisory work and who are eager to build a long-term platform in capital markets and securities law.
Key Responsibilities

Support public and private securities offerings and related capital markets transactions

Advise public company clients on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations

Assist with ongoing corporate governance and compliance matters

Contribute to a broad range of corporate transactions and general corporate advisory work

Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions
What We’re Looking For
-
2–4 years of corporate transactional experience (Class of 2021–2023)

Demonstrated experience with securities offerings, capital markets transactions, and/or public company representation

A JD and previous experience working in a law firm

Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility to waive in)

Excellent academic credentials

Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-driven environment
