A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate with a minimum of five years of international arbitration and litigation experience to join its Miami office. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge, complex, bet-the-company disputes within a highly regarded global disputes platform.

The role offers exposure to high-profile, cross-border matters and the opportunity to work closely with sophisticated clients and senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex international arbitration and cross-border litigation matters

• Contribute to the strategic development of high-stakes disputes

• Draft substantive briefs, pleadings and arbitration submissions

• Support negotiation strategy and client communications

• Manage key aspects of litigation and arbitration proceedings from inception through resolution

• Work closely with senior partners on high-profile and public-facing disputes

Who You Are:

• Minimum 5+ years of international arbitration and litigation experience

• Strong understanding of strategic and practical aspects of complex disputes

• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate with senior client management

• Outstanding academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school

• Admitted to practice in the United States

Compensation:
Salary Range: $390,000 – $435,000 (DOE)
