Location: St. Louis, MO

An Am Law 200 firm is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Associate (6–8 years’ experience) to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in St. Louis. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, super-regional Midwest platform known for litigation excellence and high-level client service across regional, national, and global matters.

The team handles sophisticated business disputes and offers meaningful responsibility, strategic involvement, and strong trial exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex business litigation matters from inception through trial preparation

• Oversee day-to-day case management and strategic development

• Take and defend depositions

• Attend settlement conferences, hearings and court proceedings

• Draft motions, discovery responses and detailed client reports

• Assist with trial preparation including strategy development, records review, client interviews and witness preparation

Who You Are:

• 6–8 years of litigation experience

• Experience taking and defending depositions

• Strong case management and strategic thinking ability

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

• Admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois

Compensation:
Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
