A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join its dynamic Restructuring practice in New York. This role focuses on bankruptcy litigation and distressed asset disputes within a team consistently ranked among the top bankruptcy and restructuring practices globally. The group represents creditors, debtors, committees, lenders, and other key stakeholders in some of the most complex restructurings and insolvency proceedings worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy litigation and distressed asset disputes

• Draft substantive briefs and motions in federal bankruptcy and district courts

• Take and defend depositions

• Manage cases and support strategy across complex restructuring matters

• Work closely with senior partners on high-profile domestic and cross-border engagements

Who You Are:

• 4–6 years of experience in bankruptcy litigation or restructuring disputes

• Experience at a major law firm preferred

• Strong brief writing and deposition experience

• Excellent academic credentials

• Superior written and oral communication skills

• Admitted to practice in New York

Compensation:
Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
