Corporate Associate Attorney – Emerging Growth & Transactions (Seattle)

An elite corporate practice with a strong presence in Seattle is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (4–6 years) to join a sophisticated, growth-oriented team advising innovative companies at every stage of development.

This role offers hands-on exposure to some of the most dynamic work in the market, with a particular focus on emerging growth technology and life sciences companies. You will work closely with founders, executives, and investors, often acting as trusted outside general counsel from incorporation through liquidity events.

The Opportunity

  • Advise high-growth companies throughout their full lifecycle, from formation to exit

  • Lead and support venture capital and private equity financings, including equity raises and investor negotiations

  • Play a central role in M&A and strategic transactions, including acquisitions and exits

  • Provide day-to-day strategic counselling directly to management teams and boards

  • Collaborate within a fast-paced, team-driven environment that values initiative and creativity

The Ideal Candidate

  • JD required, with 4–6 years of corporate experience at a law firm

  • Strong background in one or more of the following: M&A, venture capital, private equity, or capital markets

  • Demonstrated interest in technology and life sciences companies (technical degree not required)

  • Excellent academic credentials and outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding, collaborative setting
