Corporate Associate Attorney (3–6 Years)

A sophisticated corporate practice is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–6 years of law firm experience to join a dynamic, deal-focused team. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions across a range of industries.

The Opportunity
You’ll play a central role in complex corporate transactions, collaborating closely with senior attorneys while taking ownership of core deal components. The practice is known for thoughtful mentorship, a collegial culture, and a commitment to high-quality work without sacrificing professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents

• Supporting and leading aspects of M&A and venture capital transactions

• Advising on corporate governance matters

• Assisting with securities law compliance and related regulatory issues

• Managing deal processes efficiently and strategically

Qualifications

• JD required

• 3–6 years of prior experience at a law firm

• Demonstrated experience with venture capital and/or M&A transactions

• Exposure to securities compliance and corporate governance is a plus

• Strong drafting skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach

Compensation

• Competitive base salary, $180,000–$260,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and location
