A nationally recognised litigation platform, consistently ranked as a Litigation Powerhouse, is seeking a commercial litigation associate to join its expanding Miami office. The team handles high-stakes business disputes for sophisticated corporate clients and offers strong training, early responsibility, and meaningful exposure to complex matters.

The practice operates in a highly collaborative environment, with a clear focus on associate development, client service, and trial-ready litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support complex commercial and business litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and written advocacy

• Participate in discovery, depositions, and case strategy

• Assist with disputes across state and federal courts

• Work closely with senior litigators on trial preparation and hearings

Who You Are:

• Large law firm disputes experience

• Strong academic credentials and advocacy skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-focused approach

• Federal clerkship experience is highly regarded

• Florida Bar admission preferred, with consideration for candidates sitting for the Florida Bar
