A market-leading Business Restructuring & Reorganisation practice is seeking a finance associate in law school class years 2019 through 2023 to join its highly regarded team. The group advises at the top of the capital structure on some of the most high-profile restructurings and special situations in the market.

Associates in this team work directly with hedge funds, CLOs, private equity sponsors, and other sophisticated financial institutions across both Chapter 11 proceedings and complex out-of-court restructurings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent creditors and borrowers in liability management transactions

• Advise on DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings

• Support complex in-court and out-of-court restructuring matters

• Work on high-profile, capital-structure-focused representations

• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on strategy and execution

Who You Are:

• Law school class years 2019–2023

• Meaningful experience in restructuring-related finance matters

• Background advising creditors or borrowers in distressed or special situations

• Strong technical skills with excellent drafting and commercial judgement

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $235,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
