Location: Dallas, TX

A leading global law firm is seeking a 5th or 6th year Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. This role sits within a sophisticated commercial litigation practice and offers exposure to complex, high-value disputes alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment.

The position is well suited to an associate who is technically strong, commercially minded, and looking to continue developing within a high-calibre litigation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from early strategy through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive written advocacy

• Manage discovery, including document review and deposition preparation

• Participate in hearings, court conferences, and trial preparation

• Work closely with partners and senior associates on significant matters

Who You Are:

• 5–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience

• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills

• Comfortable managing responsibility on demanding matters

• Admitted to practice in Texas

• Detail-oriented, organised, and collaborative

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $310,000 – $365,000 (commensurate with experience)
