A leading Am Law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Commercial Litigation practice in Orlando. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, collaborative team handling a broad range of sophisticated business disputes, with meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure.

The practice covers a wide spectrum of commercial litigation matters, including real property disputes, banking and creditor’s rights, contract and business tort litigation, construction disputes, probate matters, partition actions, business valuation disputes, merger-related litigation, and zoning and land use matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation matters

• Draft dispositive, expert, and discovery-related motions

• Take and defend depositions

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and briefs

• Support case strategy, motion practice, and client communications

• Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex disputes

Who You Are

• 2–5 years of meaningful commercial litigation experience

• Strong background in business litigation and business torts

• Confident handling depositions and substantive motion practice

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused

• Admitted to practice in Florida
