Location: Los Angeles, CA

A leading international law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Dispute Resolution practice in Los Angeles. The role supports a sophisticated mix of securities litigation, class actions, complex commercial disputes, and government enforcement matters, offering strong training and meaningful responsibility within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive briefs across complex litigation matters

• Manage written and electronic discovery, including document productions and deposition preparation

• Support securities litigation and class action defence matters from early stages through resolution

• Assist with government and regulatory enforcement-related disputes

• Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical litigation analysis

• Work closely with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client communications

Who You Are

• 2–5 years of relevant litigation experience, ideally from a mid-size to large law firm

• Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions

• Excellent academic credentials with strong research, writing, and advocacy skills

• Federal district or appellate clerkship experience is beneficial but not required

• Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar

Compensation

• Salary Range: $235,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
