A top-tier international law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Complex Litigation and Advisement practice. The team represents industry leaders across consumer products, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, technology, and financial services, handling high-stakes matters that directly impact brand reputation, business strategy, and financial exposure.

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated class action defence matters within a highly collaborative, market-leading litigation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defend complex consumer class actions, including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, and consumer protection claims.

• Advise on matters involving California Unfair Competition Law.

• Draft and brief class certification and summary judgment motions.

• Manage written discovery and large-scale eDiscovery processes.

• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.

• Support overall case strategy and client advisory work in high-profile disputes.

Who You Are:

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in complex litigation, with a strong focus on consumer class action defence.

• Experience briefing class certification and/or dispositive motions.

• Confident handling discovery, depositions, and case management responsibilities.

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills with strong attention to detail.

• Collaborative, driven, and comfortable working on high-stakes matters.

• Admitted to practice in California or New York.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 DOE
