A well-regarded international law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Philadelphia-based litigation team. The practice handles a broad range of commercial and regulatory disputes and offers junior associates hands-on exposure to sophisticated matters in both state and federal courts.

This is a strong opportunity for an early-career litigator looking to develop advocacy skills within a structured, high-quality litigation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive litigation filings.

• Conduct legal research and provide written analysis on complex disputes.

• Manage traditional and electronic discovery, including document review and production.

• Support matters before state and federal courts, including preparation for hearings and proceedings.

• Work closely with senior litigators on case strategy and client communications.

Who You Are:

• Approximately 2–3 years of litigation experience in a mid-size or large law firm environment.

• Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Experience managing discovery processes in complex matters.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation practice with attention to detail.

• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
