The Opportunity
You will advise sophisticated fund sponsors and investors throughout the entire fund life cycle, from formation and structuring through ongoing operations, regulatory compliance, and investor-side matters. The practice is known for its depth in venture and growth equity funds and offers substantial client exposure, intellectual rigor, and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities

Structure, form, and advise on the operation of private investment funds

Counsel sponsors on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters under U.S. securities laws

Advise on issues arising under the Securities Act, Exchange Act, Investment Company Act, and Investment Advisers Act

Represent institutional and private investors in connection with investments in private funds

Support clients on fund governance, regulatory strategy, and operational considerations
-
Take a visible role in client relationships and contribute to practice growth
Candidate Profile

Juris Doctor (JD) required
-
4–6 years of relevant experience at a law firm, with a focus on fund formation and fund services
-
Strong experience advising fund sponsors and investors
-
Deep familiarity with investment funds regulatory frameworks

Excellent academic credentials and superior written and verbal communication skills

Admitted and in good standing in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
