Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive litigation filings.

• Conduct detailed legal research and develop strategic analysis for complex disputes.

• Manage discovery processes, including document review and deposition preparation.

• Support matters through all stages of litigation, including hearings and trial preparation.

• Work closely with senior litigators on sophisticated, high-stakes matters.

Who You Are:

• 1–6 years of litigation experience at a strong law firm or comparable environment.

• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented, intellectually rigorous, and comfortable in a fast-paced litigation practice.

• Admitted to practice in Utah.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $225,000 – $390,000 DOE
