The team handles complex, high-value disputes for major corporate clients and offers associates meaningful responsibility within a collaborative, trial-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage complex commercial litigation matters from early strategy through resolution.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive court filings.

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy alongside senior litigators.

• Participate in discovery, deposition preparation, and hearings.

• Work closely with partners and clients on high-stakes disputes across industries.

Who You Are:

• 3–6 years of commercial or complex litigation experience at a strong law firm.

• Outstanding academic credentials with excellent writing and advocacy skills.

• Experience handling disputes in a demanding, high-quality litigation environment.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in long-term growth within a developing office.

• Federal clerkship experience is highly regarded, including candidates currently clerking.

• Admission to the Florida Bar preferred, though candidates sitting for the Florida Bar will be considered.
