A top-tier global law firm is seeking highly qualified litigation associates to join its Pennsylvania-based litigation team. The practice handles sophisticated, high-stakes disputes across a wide range of industries and offers junior through mid-level associates the opportunity to work on complex matters with significant responsibility and excellent training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive litigation filings.

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex disputes.

• Manage discovery, including document review and deposition preparation.

• Support all phases of litigation through trial and resolution.

• Work closely with senior lawyers on sophisticated commercial and regulatory matters.

Who You Are:

• 1–6 years of litigation experience at a strong law firm or comparable environment.

• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and analytical ability.

• Detail-oriented, intellectually rigorous, and highly motivated.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance litigation practice.

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (required).

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $225,000 – $390,000 DOE
