A top-tier litigation platform is seeking highly qualified litigation associates to join its California-based practice. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters within a market-leading litigation group known for complex disputes and elite work quality.

Associates will gain early responsibility, strong partner exposure, and experience across a broad range of complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and motions in complex litigation matters.

• Manage discovery, including document review and strategy.

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings.

• Support trial preparation and case strategy alongside senior litigators.

• Collaborate closely within lean, high-performing deal teams.

Who You Are:

• 1–6 years of litigation experience.

• Strong academic credentials with excellent legal writing and attention to detail.

• Experience in complex commercial or civil litigation preferred.

• Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take responsibility early.

• Admitted to practice in California (required).

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $225,000 – $390,000 DOE
