A premier U.S. finance practice is seeking a mid-level Fund Finance Associate to join a sophisticated and fast-growing team advising on complex financing transactions. This role is ideal for an associate who wants to deepen their fund finance and private credit experience while working on market-leading deals alongside highly regarded practitioners.

The Opportunity
You will support a dynamic finance practice handling a broad range of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including:

  • Fund financings

  • Leveraged finance and private credit transactions

  • Acquisition financings and bridge loans

  • Complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral deals

The role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on deal exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with clients and senior attorneys on technically challenging matters at the forefront of the market.

Candidate Profile

  • JD from an accredited law school

  • Prior experience practicing at a law firm

  • 2–5 years of relevant finance experience

  • Demonstrated strength in fund finance and/or leveraged finance transactions

  • Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills

  • Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable managing complex workstreams

  • Admission to at least one U.S. state bar
